Delivery
All orders sent to mainland UK have free delivery. Once payment is received, delivery will be within 3-5 working days.
If you would like your item sent overseas please get in touch with us at susi@susi-q.co.uk and we will be happy to assist in any way we can.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you are delighted with your order but we do understand that sometimes you will want to return an item. If you are not 100% happy then please contact us within 14 days at susi@susi-q.co.uk. Please be advised that goods must be in their original packaging and in the condition they were received.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the return postage.
Refunds will be processed within 28 days of receiving the goods back from you. The refund will be made via your original method of payment.
Damaged Deliveries
We do our best to ensure that our products are wrapped sufficiently to survive its journey to you but we do have to rely on third party companies to deliver your goods to you and breakages unfortunately can happen from time to time.
If you receive a damaged item from us, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you. Please contact us immediately at susi@susi-q.co.uk to inform us, quoting your order number and ideally with a photo of the damage. As these are one off items we won’t be able to send a replacement but will however issue a refund.
